Job Details

Based in one of branches, this is a front line customer-facing sales role in which you will achieve - and exceed - targets by providing appropiate, understandable advice and building lifetime telationships with customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the branch team by providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, and praising good contribution. You will be expected to deliver quality sales and productivity targets within branch outlets. Offer high standards of customer service with all sales activities geared to establishing long-term customer relationships. Pro-actively seek personal recommendations and opportunities to self generate business. Supporting retail colleagues in the sales of their products and services. Ensure branch colleagues are clear about overall and individual contribution to lead generation and quality sales. Maintaining professional competence by managing own Continual Professional Development. Minimum 2 year's face to face sales exp. as a PFA (however we would look at someone with only 1 year's exp if they have evidence of high over-achievements against targets) Ideally sold full advice - but if they are not currently selling full advice, they have done previously. The candidates must be over 100% of target - or if slightly under, then they must have a good reason for this (and have evidence of being over target in the previous year/s)
